The Waterproof Setting Powder locks in makeup for waterproof, long-lasting, smudge-proof wear. Unique loose powder creates a modern matte finish with a hint of sheer coverage, while absorbing oil and reducing shine. How to use: Brush preparation is key: press the Gosh Mineral Powder Brush or Gosh Blending Brush into the loose powder and apply the powder to the brush. Remove excess powder by vigorously tapping the powdered side on the back of the hand. Gently press brush onto skin in a twisting motion to apply powder (around eyes, use Gosh Under Eye Primer before applying powder). As with all loose setting powders, apply after any creamy formula, including cream blush.
