Lemon essential oil has a typical fresh and spicy smell. Originating from the ancient Médie (between the river Tigre and the Caspian Sea), the lemon tree is cultivated throughout the Mediterranean basin.
Instructions for use:
* Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day of lemon essential oil in a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 of sugar).
